The purchase of the plastics packaging business of Slovakian company DM Plast sro in VELKY MEDER. Acquisition of Raytec BV, an injection moulding company in RAVENSTEIN, The Netherlands. Also acquired a blow moulding facility from French business MOB SAS in Moirans en Montagne, France. |
