Sterilisable Multilayer Packaging

 

The RPC Bebo cluster of sites (part of the RPC Group) manufacture sterilisable, multilayer packaging at multiple locations in Germany email: info@rpc-beboplastik.de  also in England, Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Thermoformed ranges include: PP bowls, pots and lids for salads, snacks and desserts - available in mono PP for chilled cabinets HIPS, APET and PP/ EVOH/ PP as hot-fillable, retortable pots and trays for ambient ready meals. Tubs for margarines and spreads, ice cream and delicatessen sectors, multi-layer extruded sheets for the manufacture of thermoformed and retortable containers. Also Ambient Shelf Stable Packaging (ASSP), MAP trays, Fresh Food Packaging, Convenience Food Packaging are produced. We are also able to provide RPC Bebo/Ciba new seven layer film.

Decorating services include pre or post-printing, labelling, in-mould labelling, sleeving, thermoforming and Decopack®. Six-colour off-set printing of tubs, pots and lids, labelling of lids with spoon/fork assembly is offered and full advice on sealing will be provided.
